1. The Philosophy

Privacy is a prerequisite for authority.

To deliver the “Gold Standard” experience, we interact with three types of data:

When you enroll, you provide your name, email, billing address, and payment details. If you pursue certification, you provide assessments and coursework. This is the data required to unlock the gate.

B. The Mechanics (collected Automatically)

When you visit our academy, our systems note your IP address, device type, and course progress. This allows the platform to remember where you left off, ensure your login is secure, and issue your certificate upon completion.

C. The Ecosystem (From Third Parties)

We use trusted infrastructure to run the Academy (e.g., Stripe/PayPal for payments). These partners confirm to us that a transaction was successful so we can grant you access.

Note on Minors: Our curriculum is designed for professional adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your information for specific, logical purposes:

  • Delivery: To grant access to the course, track your progress, and issue your credentials.
  • Transaction: To process payments and send receipts (tax compliance).
  • Improvement: To analyze which modules are working and which need refinement.

  • The Vault: You may request to see what data we hold on you, correct it, or request its deletion (subject to our legal need to keep tax/transaction records).

7. Note for US Residents (State Privacy Laws)

If you reside in a state with comprehensive privacy laws (such as California’s CPRA), you have specific rights, including:

9. Retention (The Archives)

We do not hoard data.

  • Course Records: We keep your enrollment and certification data so you can always prove your credentials.
  • Financials: We keep transaction records for ~7 years to satisfy tax and legal authorities.
  • Marketing: We keep your email until you tell us to stop.

When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

10. Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to lock the doors. While no digital system is impenetrable, we treat your data with the same care we treat our own.
