1. The Agreement
Welcome to The Gold Standard Academy. We believe that clarity is the highest form of kindness.
These terms are not designed to hide the fine print; they are designed to define the boundaries of our professional relationship. By purchasing a course or entering our ecosystem, you are agreeing to the standards outlined below.
We view our students not as customers, but as Sovereign Authorities in training. We treat you with respect, and we expect the same in return.
2. The “Gold Standard” Guarantee (Refund Policy)
We operate on a philosophy of “Signal, not Noise.” We want you here because you truly belong here.
If you join the Academy and feel that the material does not align with your goals, we do not want to keep your money.
Our Policy is Simple:
- The Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund.
- The Process: Simply email our support team. No hoops to jump through. No interrogation.
- The Condition: We ask only that you have given the material a fair look.
- The Closure: If you request a refund, we part ways amicably. Your access to the course material and community will be revoked immediately. We believe that if the value isn’t there for you, the transaction should be reversed completely. We respect your choice.
3. Intellectual Property (Ownership)
We are sharing our proprietary frameworks, psychology, and “Gold Standard” methodologies with you. These are the assets of Motivatrz LLC.
What You Can Do:
- You may use these concepts to build your business, coach your clients, and upgrade your own life. That is exactly why we built them.
What You Cannot Do:
- You cannot take our course materials, videos, PDFs, or proprietary frameworks (e.g., “The Signal Gap,” “The 9-Minute Protocol”) and resell them, repackage them, or teach them as your own course.
- You are buying the education, not the franchise rights.
4. User Conduct
The Academy is a high-vibration environment. We maintain a “Velvet Rope” policy regarding our community.
We reserve the right to remove any member who engages in harassment, hate speech, or respectful behavior towards staff or other students. In such a rare event, a pro-rated refund may be issued at our discretion to sever the relationship.
5. Disclaimer of Results
We provide the map; you must drive the car.
Motivatrz LLC provides educational and informational content. We are not your financial advisors, legal counsel, or therapists.
While we provide the tools that have worked for many, we cannot guarantee specific financial results (e.g., “You will earn $10k next month”). Your results depend entirely on your execution, your market, and your work ethic.
By enrolling, you accept that you are fully responsible for your own progress and results.
6. Payment Plans
If you select a payment plan, you are making a commitment to complete the payments in exchange for immediate access to the full training.
Defaulting on a payment plan is a breach of this agreement. In the event of a failed payment, we will attempt to contact you to resolve it. If it remains unresolved, access to the Academy will be suspended.
7. Governing Law
We are based in the United States. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
8. The Human Element
We are a company run by humans, utilizing modern technology. If you have an issue, a question, or a concern, please talk to us. We do not hide behind automated walls.
